We are currently experiencing an issue that affects only QR-code incoming payments processed through the provider SEMEAR. All other Pix services—including outbound transactions, key management, and QR-code payments processed via other providers—are operating normally.
Our engineering team is actively working with SEMEAR to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will post updates here every 30 minutes, or sooner if we have significant progress to report.
