Our partner bank responsible for settling Pix payments is currently unavailable. Transactions initiated during this period may fail or remain pending until the service is restored.
We’re in direct contact with the partner bank’s engineering team and are monitoring recovery in real time.

Monitoring -
We are currently experiencing an issue that affects only QR-code incoming payments processed through the provider SEMEAR. All other Pix services—including outbound transactions, key management, and QR-code payments processed via other providers—are operating normally.
Our engineering team is actively working with SEMEAR to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will post updates here every 30 minutes, or sooner if we have significant progress to report.

Our upstream banking provider is undergoing an unplanned service degradation in their core processing environment. Because a portion of our payment flows tunnel directly through this partner, instability on their side propagates to our gateway, resulting in intermittent failures and slow response times.
