Investigating - We are currently experiencing instability with one of our partner banks, which is affecting PIX services. As a result, some PIX operations (cash-in/cash-out, key-related actions, and transfers) may be delayed or fail intermittently.
Our team is actively working with the partner to restore full stability as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated on progress and share a resolution notice once services are fully normalized.
